Who We are

Hi! Marvin here.

Sometimes you move to a new place and it's just a new place. Sometimes you move to a new place and you find a family.

I was born and grew up in the Nether, and moved to Plork nearly six years ago. I have been a trainee, a cashier, a shift manager, an operations executive, and currently am the president of a local hardware store.

Plork has given me so much: a home, a job, a comfort of life, many opportunities, and a handful of loving friends. Now, I dream of giving back to this community. Plork is in my heart, like it is in yours. I am running for mayor, in order to make this city an even better place, and to help us keep discovering and reinventing ourselves.

Sustain Plork's growth while preserving qualify of life

To answer the needs of the whole region, Plork needs to expand its offerings by building more businesses.

To ensure the residents' comfort and ease of mind, this expansion must be balanced with added local services that benefit the community.

Our master plan aims to support more citizens in town thanks to a five-point program. Find the topic summaries here and come to a meeting to discuss in detail !

HOUSING AND SERVICES

Develop new residential offerings in Northern Plork, from the small studio to the extended family flat, coupled with local shops for convenience.

ENHANCE TRANSPORTATION

Maintain and develop the road network in the city. Support connection to further territories via the Plork Tunnel. Design and build a subway system.

CULTURE AND SPORTS

Support the Plork Library and Zoo. Develop a cultural presence with print media, television and museums. Build the Coliseum, our future sports arena.

HISTORICAL BOROUGH

Renovate our historical town center to preserve our oldest buildings while enhancing life quality. Give a new spark of life to the old stall market.

EDUCATION

Support academic training by renovating and expanding the Communiterre University campus. Fund scholarships for citizens of all city-states around the world.
